The subject of the tender is the planning of a new combined sewer diversion from the city centre of the Hanseatic City of Lüneburg, the reorganisation of the sewerage system in the "Auf der Hude" area, the planning of a new culvert structure, and a central storage of combined and waste water before the sewage treatment plant of the Hanseatic City of Lüneburg. The services to be provided are essentially based on the attached concept study, taking into account the conditions described in this tender and the related annexes. The preferred variant shown in the concept study does not represent the binding planning objective, but reflects the current level of knowledge and processing. Therefore, optimisations of the structures, route and gradient are explicitly part of the planning services in the course of further processing. The planning section begins at Altenbrückertorstraße with the first two outlet structures, which are to be redesigned as part of the planning. Further along, the main combined sewer (MW-Hauptsammler) runs in a northerly direction along the Ilmenau to the combined sewer overflow structure "Anna’s Café". The structures are combined sewer overflows (RÜ). From this structure (Anna’s Cafe) to the sewage treatment plant, a new collection system is to be designed and planned. The section currently envisages the following particular structures and facilities according to the preliminary planning: • Structures for defined overflow control • Culvert structures (Ilmenau) • Crossings of existing railway infrastructure (Hafen Lüneburg GmbH, DB-AG) • Two storage systems (MW & SW) on the sports ground site before the Lüneburg sewage treatment plant.
