Poland – Sterilisation, disinfection and hygiene devices – Dostawa myjni na potrzeby Centralnej Sterylizatorni w ramach projektu pn. „Budowa ośrodka diagnostyczno-profilaktycznego i modernizacja infrastruktury Centrum Onkologii Ziemi Lubelskiej imienia św. Jana z Dukli w Lublinie w celu poprawy dostępu i podniesienia jakości diagnostyki i leczenia onkologicznego w województwie lubelskim”.

The subject of the contract is the Supply of washers for the needs of the Central Sterilization Unit as part of the project entitled "Construction of a diagnostic and preventive center and modernization of the infrastructure of the Lublin Oncology Center named after St. John of Dukla in Lublin to improve access and quality of oncological diagnostics and treatment in the Lublin voivodeship". The contract has been divided into 4 parts: Part 1 – Ultrasonic washer with the possibility of processing channel instruments Part 2 – Washer for cleaning and disinfecting medical equipment Part 3 – Washer – disinfector for transport containers, batch trolleys and tool containers Part 4 – Washer for preliminary cleaning of medical equipment with a solution of purified soda In the subject procedure, environmental aspects have been applied. 2. In the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: a) deliver the subject of the contract together with the required documents in the SWZ to the seat of the Contracting Authority; b) assemble the subject of the contract at the place indicated by the Contracting Authority; c) install and commission the subject of the contract; d) conduct training for the staff of the Contracting Authority in the scope of operation and rational exploitation of the subject of the contract; e) deliver with the subject of the contract an operating instruction, guarantee cards, technical documentation necessary for proper operation, rules for servicing by an authorized service during the post-warranty period, a list of consumables used in current operation, remaining documentation required by law, implementation of the remaining conditions specified in the SWZ; f) deliver the subject of the contract in packaging made of material that is easily recyclable, or from materials from renewable sources or should be packaging covered by the multiple-use system. Packaging materials must be manually easily sortable and suitable for recycling, and their composition should include one type of material (e.g. cardboard, paper, plastic, textile material); g) conduct training, which covers elements related to the regulation and adjustment of equipment parameters related to the use of electrical energy in order to optimize energy consumption. h) in the case where the subject of the contract is IT equipment/software – the IT equipment/software meets the requirements specified in the generally applicable legal provisions, including the Act of 17 February 2005 on the informatization of the activities of entities performing public tasks and the Act of 28 April 2011 on the information system in health protection as well as executive acts issued on the basis of these acts, if these provisions apply to the subject of the contract.
