The contract involves the supply of various standard hoses for different systems. Each supply number corresponds to a separate lot. There are 39 individual lots. Bids can be submitted for one or more lots. The contracting authority reserves the right to award contracts for one or more lots. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract to initial bids (indicative bids). The contract period begins on 01.07.2026 and ends on 30.06.2028. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
