The present urban design contract aims to assist SGP Immobilier in defining, consolidating and implementing the Créteil L’Échât Sud project. It first seeks to specify the master plan and the urban, architectural, environmental and landscape ambitions of the project, to produce the studies and files necessary for urban planning permits, as well as to ensure communication and consultation missions. It also includes the audit of real estate projects and the follow-up of the design of the urban park to guarantee overall coherence. Secondly, the contract includes the design of the site's development and the implementation of public spaces and VRD. This mission includes the design and supervision of the development works of the plots and the central road, until the reception of the works.
