Recurrent and/or on-demand services for the maintenance, landscaping, and sustainable management of the outdoor and/or indoor green spaces of La Poste sites located in the regions of Guadeloupe 971 and Guyane 973. The contract is composed of 7 lots:

Lot No. 1: Maintenance, landscaping, and sustainable management services for the green spaces of La Poste sites located in Guadeloupe (971) – Basse-Terre

Lot No. 2: Maintenance, landscaping, and sustainable management services for the green spaces of La Poste sites located in Guadeloupe (971) – Grande-Terre

Lot No. 3: Maintenance, landscaping, and sustainable management services for the green spaces of La Poste sites located in Guadeloupe (971) – Marie-Galante

Lot No. 4: Maintenance, landscaping, and sustainable management services for the green spaces of La Poste sites located in Guadeloupe (971) – Saint-Martin

Lot No. 5: Maintenance, landscaping, and sustainable management services for the green spaces of La Poste sites located in Guyane (973) – Est

Lot No. 6: Maintenance, landscaping, and sustainable management services for the green spaces of La Poste sites located in Guyane (973) – Ouest

Lot No. 7: Maintenance, landscaping, and sustainable management services for the green spaces of La Poste sites located in Guyane (973) – Cayenne

In accordance with Articles L 2113-12 and L 2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code, lots No. 1, No. 2, and No. 7 are reserved for Adapted Enterprises (EA), Supported Employment Establishments and Services (ESAT) and equivalent structures, as well as economic activity integration structures and equivalent structures.
