The objective of the procurement is to procure a flexible partner for the delivery and installation of household appliances and the maintenance of household appliances in the residential properties owned by Vantaan Asunnot Oy (hereinafter "the Contracting Authority") located in Vantaa. According to previous, indicative statistics, the Contracting Authority's property portfolio will renew and maintain household appliances at the following annual volumes: • Approximately 1 200 ovens per year, approximately 650 oven hoods per year, approximately 1 300 refrigerators per year • Approximately 600 separate maintenance inspections of household appliances per year, approximately 600 separate repair services of household appliances per year. The Contracting Authority is not bound by any procurement quantities or the above procurement estimates. The Contracting Authority will select one Supplier. The basis for the procurement decision is overall economic advantage, according to the scoring. The maximum points are 1 000 points. The Contracting Authority requires Suppliers to familiarise themselves thoroughly with all the attachments to the procurement notice and the contract terms. The Supplier must submit a bid for all the jobs listed in the tender form. If the Supplier has not submitted a bid for all the jobs listed in the tender form, the bid will be considered incomplete for that sub-area. An incomplete bid will be rejected. It is also important for the Supplier to note that the jobs and prices offered must include all the criteria defined in this tender request, the draft contract and the service description. The service will be carried out in accordance with the tender request, service description and quality requirements. The bid submitted by the Supplier is binding. The contract will only be concluded after the signature of a written agreement, after the negotiations on the award decision. In a procurement exceeding the EU threshold, the contract may be concluded at the earliest 14 days after the Supplier has received or is deemed to have received the decision with its reasons. The Supplier may not, for example, present conditions in its own tender documents that would affect the content of the contract. The target start date of the contract period is 1.1.2027 and the contract is valid until further notice, with a notice period of nine (9) months.
