The subject of the public contract is the implementation of ground improvements around completed buildings. This primarily involves turfing slopes and areas around buildings, clearing areas including the demolition of existing concrete structures that no longer serve their purpose. In the western part, compensatory planting will be carried out. In the eastern part of the area in question, the existing road will be widened. Furthermore, a parking area for two vehicles will be backfilled and compacted next to the new substation. The contract also includes a new access road to the circular water tower. The public contract includes all works related to the implementation of the action, i.e. all deliveries, transport, assembly and construction works, disposal of all waste, preparation of project documentation and other works and services related to the completion of the work.
