Germany – Landscaping work for green areas – Sanierung Adolph-Holm Kindergarten - Freianlagen 1. BA

The construction of the external facilities is divided into 2 construction phases. This tender concerns the first construction phase. It is necessary to enclose the kindergarten area with approximately 300 m of fixed and movable construction fences, see site establishment plan. Furthermore, remaining coverings (approximately 600 m²) and installations on the site and in the inner courtyard of the building are to be demolished, and bushes and vegetation are to be cleared. The external area is to be made accessible near the building, i.e. holes created by the demolition are to be refilled so that the construction work can proceed safely. A total of 54 trees are to be felled, of which 22 are subject to permit and 32 are not subject to permit, see felling plan.
