Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Objektplanung Gebäude für Sanierung Waschhaus, Umbau und Aufstockung Maria Ward Gymnasium Augsburg

The school is awarding the building design services (service description § 34 HOAI) for the renovation of the washhouse, conversion and extension of Maria Ward Gymnasium Augsburg in stages from LPh 2. The school currently has a significant shortage of space in the science area. The existing specialist rooms in the basement fall well short of the required floor space (e.g. biology laboratory 39.55 m² instead of 60 m², biology lecture hall 62.13 m² instead of 75 m², physics/chemistry lecture hall 68.74 m² instead of 75 m²). There is a lack of modern teaching, practice and preparation rooms for physics and chemistry.
