France – Paging services – Accord-Cadre pour la fourniture de réseaux LoRa (Long Range) et Sigfox sur le territoire national

EDF SA publishes this contract notice on its own behalf, as well as on behalf of its direct beneficiary subsidiaries, namely ENEDIS, DALKIA and EDF Power Solutions. It is also issued on behalf of the subsidiaries that are beneficiaries of a third-party stipulation clause, which are ARABELLE Solutions, DATANUMIA, CCAS and Hydrostadium. The subject of the contract relates to the supply of LPWAN network coverage for industrial and tertiary sensors, as well as the associated services. The solution must cover 70 % of the French territory to meet the geographically dispersed management and maintenance needs. 2 lots are planned: Lot 1 for Sigfox technology and Lot 2 for LoRa technology. The duration of the contract is 4 years firm, renewable 4 times for 1 year; i.e. 8 years in total.
