Provision of a digital road network of Belgium, as well as 50 km of border area, which allows for geolocation and navigation, and various APIs. The present contract is awarded in the form of a centralised purchasing (CdA), in accordance with Article 2, 6° of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. In this context, the National Geographic Institute (IGN) acts as the contracting authority organiser of the CdA. The contractor commits to making available, for the entire duration of the contract, to the IGN and to the members of the CdA, the clauses and conditions set out in the documents of the present contract and in its offer as approved by the contracting authority (price, delivery conditions, etc.). The members who can place orders in this CdA are: 1) the federal administrations (such as the OIP, the SPF, the SPP, etc.), including the SA Astrid, and the (local) intervention services such as the police, fire services and medical intervention services. As the federal geobroker, the IGN will take on the invoices relating to these licence data orders at its own expense, taking into account the available budgets. For the APIs offered and the consultancy desired, users must themselves take care of the payment of the invoices concerning these orders that they place with the IGN. 2) the public services of the Regions and Communities and the public bodies with legal personality which fall under the Regions and Communities. 3. the federal public law legal entities (such as BPost, Infrabel, Proximus, SNCB, etc.). Each public law legal entity, as well as each public service of the community and regional ministries, is responsible for the payment of the invoices concerning the orders they place with the IGN. The estimated value of the present public contract amounts to a total of 1,692,000.00 € VAT included for 4 years. During the duration of this centralised purchasing, the following orders can be executed: - Maximum of licences o User licences: 48,000 o Visualisation licences: 200,000 - Maximum of 100,000,000 API requests - Maximum of 160 hours of training - Maximum of 384 hours of technical support - Maximum of 320 hours of consultancy.
