Germany – Canal construction – Mischwasserkanal Neues Rathaus Altenberge, Kanalbauarbeiten

The objective of the client is to have the new Rathaus Altenberge certified according to the DGNB Usage Profile for New Office and Administrative Buildings, Version 2018, with an overall achievement level of at least 50% (Silver). Furthermore, the "Quality Seal for Sustainable Building" (QNG) of the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building is to be achieved. The client places a high value on a low-pollutant / pollutant-free construction method. For this purpose, the contractor must demonstrate the qualities mentioned in the DGNB specifications (Criterion: ENV1.2 Risks for the local environment) as well as the QNG requirements in their choice of materials and products. The construction project of the Rathaus Altenberge will be divided into two construction phases. These two construction phases are to be carried out separately. The 2nd construction phase will only take place after the demolition of the existing Rathaus. For more detailed dates, see the attached schedule.
