Metropolia is establishing a dynamic supplier register for the procurement of education services in the fields of ICT and industrial economics. Education services in this context primarily refer to educational resources and teaching hours, which can be delivered through classroom, online, or hybrid teaching. As needed, the procurement of services may also include the production of educational materials. A more detailed description of the procurement subject is provided in the attachment Service Description. The education services to be procured may, for example, target the following areas: • programming, • cloud technologies, • software development, • databases, • data processing, • cyber and information security, • information management and related legislation, • project, resource, personnel and organizational management and leadership, • supervision of theses, • as well as other implementations related to ICT and industrial economics. A more detailed description of the dynamic supplier register is provided in the attachment Description of the Dynamic Supplier Register. Metropolia may use electronic auctioning, as defined in the procurement law, in internal competitions within the dynamic supplier register.
