Stichting Cito is looking for one contractor for the provision of services related to external hiring. The contract primarily involves Contractservice, including the administrative and contractual handling and management of external deployments. Additionally, Cito can, upon request, make use of additional Intermediaire Dienstverlening for the search and selection of external professionals. With this tender, Cito aims to contract a reliable and expert partner who ensures efficient, careful, and user-friendly execution of the service provision and thereby relieves Cito as much as possible. The contract involves the provision of services related to external hiring, consisting of: Contractservice: the administrative and contractual handling and management of external deployments, including relevant checks, advice, and invoicing; Intermediaire Dienstverlening: upon request of Cito, the search, preselection, and offering of suitable external professionals; The implementation of the service provision and the transfer of existing external deployments at the start of the Agreement. Cito currently has approximately 39 active external deployments managed by the current service provider. The expected volume amounts to approximately 30 to 50 simultaneously active deployments. Furthermore, possible structural growth in the need for external hiring has been taken into account in the tender documents. Contractservice forms the core of the contract. The volume of the service provision can fluctuate during the term. No decrease guarantees can be derived from the mentioned numbers.
