The service of specialist planning for technical equipment, heating supply system, is being tendered through a negotiated procedure with a selection competition in accordance with § 55 HOAI for the performance phases 2 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). The planning service is to be used to create a new heating generation plant (and only this) that has reached the end of its technical life. For further details of the service, please refer to the published task description (file "0254-26 Aufgabenbeschreibung.pdf"). -- Participation in this tender requires, in the first stage (competition for participation), the submission of an application form (participation request) with the required information and evidence by the set deadline. The best-suited applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will participate in the second stage of the procedure (bidding procedure). In the second stage, the initial offer must then be submitted. Further negotiations will be conducted based on the initial offer. After the submission of the final non-negotiable offers, the bidders will be invited to present themselves in person before a jury. A written/digital presentation is not desired, not required and will not be evaluated.
