The subject of this tender is the award of specialist planning services in accordance with the service descriptions of phases 4 to 8 for the planning of civil engineering structures in accordance with § 41 HOAI and technical equipment of the plant group telecommunications and information technology systems in accordance with § 53 (2) No. 5 HOAI for the implementation of expansion projects for the construction and expansion of telecommunications infrastructure in the municipality of Grünwald within the framework of an economically independent open access operator model. According to the current state of knowledge and information, costs of approximately EUR 11,291,538.92 (net) are expected for the overall development (depending on the development quota). The execution of the specialist planning services in accordance with the service descriptions of phase 8 for the planning of civil engineering structures in accordance with § 41 HOAI and technical equipment of the plant group telecommunications and information technology systems in accordance with § 53 (2) No. 5 HOAI is subject to the condition of a successfully completed selection procedure. The successful bidder must also comply with all relevant standards (e.g. TKG) and other legally binding requirements for the implementation of the measures and must obtain all necessary permits, confirmations, etc. in good time and at their own expense.
