Restricted design contest for the construction of the mutualised technical centre within the InnovVal sector of the Val Francilia development concession, in Aulnay-sous-Bois. To the north of Aulnay-sous-Bois, within the InnovVal sector, bounded by the André Citroën Boulevard, the Georges Braque Boulevard and the A1, A3 and A104 motorways, the mutualised technical centre will bring together the current municipal technical centre of the town of Aulnay-sous-Bois and certain services of the EPT Paris Terres d'Envol. The present call for applications aims to pre-select three (3) candidates, carried out by the contracting authority, based on the proposals of a jury.
