Netherlands – Construction work for swimming pool – Selectieleidraad Bouwkundig Aannemer zwembad Nieuwkoop

The contract concerns the selection of a contractor for the further engineering of the Technical Design (TO) to a Construction-Ready Design (UO) and the realisation of the new swimming pool in Nieuwkoop. The contract includes, among other things, construction works, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, BIM coordination and the execution of the project in accordance with the tender documents. New construction of a swimming pool in Nieuwkoop (approx. 2,400 m² BVO), including further engineering from TO to UO, construction realisation, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers and execution of all related works.
