Slovakia – Electric vehicles – Nákup a dodanie elektrických vozidiel

The subject of the contract is the delivery of new electric personal vehicles of the SUV type – 12 units and a utility vehicle (van) with electric propulsion – 1 unit, including related services, namely the provision of warranty service. The subject of the contract includes: - the delivery of new motor vehicles of category M1 (personal SUV) and N1 (light utility vehicle – van), where the specification of the new vehicle including permissible previous registration and mileage is set out in Annex No. 13 of these tender documents, - the delivery of all documents necessary for the registration and operation of vehicles in the Slovak Republic, - the provision of a warranty for the vehicles, including a warranty for the traction battery, - the provision of warranty service including regular manufacturer-prescribed service inspections with materials and labor, - the provision of availability of an authorized warranty service for all offered brands and vehicle types within a maximum distance of 100 km from the seat of the contracting authority (Bulharská 39, 917 01 Trnava), GPS coordinates 48°21'36.3"N 17°35'51.3"E. The distance will be determined according to the shortest road route shown in the Google Maps application on the day of submission of documents by the successful tenderer as part of the cooperation necessary to conclude the purchase agreement, with an accuracy of 0.1 km. The list of service centers and documents proving their authorization are submitted according to point 30.8 of these tender documents; they are not part of the offer. The required authorization and availability of the service must be ensured during the relevant period of service performance even in the event of a change of service center. In the event of a change of service center during the performance of the contract, the distance will be verified on the day of submission of documents on the replacement service center to the buyer. The vehicles supplied must be fully electric (BEV) and must comply with all generally binding legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic and the European Union, including the requirements for vehicle approval for operation in road traffic. The technical requirements for the vehicles are further specified in Annex No. 13 of the Tender Documents. The subject of the contract also includes the transport of vehicles to the place of performance, the training of the operating personnel to the extent necessary for the proper use of the vehicles, and the delivery of the vehicles in a fully functional state ready for operation. The graphic design, production, and application of the external wrapping of the vehicles are not the subject of this contract. The tenderer does not include the costs for these services in the tender price. The vehicles are delivered without external wrapping provided by the buyer; its absence is not a defect or incompleteness and is not a reason for refusing to accept the vehicle. The delivery, acceptance, and payment for the vehicles are not conditional on the delivery of wrapping material by the contracting authority or the performance of wrapping. Non-performance of the wrapping is not a breach of the obligations of the seller and does not entitle to the application of contractual penalties. The published illustrative photographs of the wrapping are not a basis for the evaluation or acceptance of the vehicles.
