Norway – Consultative engineering and construction services – Parallel framework agreements for consulting engineers

The contracting authority annually executes several major and minor investment and maintenance projects based on the at any given time applicable action and finance plan, mainly as the execution contract or builder developed turnkey contract. The contracting authority intends to enter into a parallel framework agreement for consultant engineers related to buildings. The assignment is further described in the contract documentation.
