Poland – Credit granting services – Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego na finansowanie planowanego deficytu i spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 7 074 075,68 PLN

The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan to finance the planned deficit and to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances in the amount of 7 074 075,68 PLN. The loan amount is 7 074 075,68 zł (in words: seven million seventy-four thousand seventy-five złotys sixty-eight groszy). The loan repayment period is 5 years (2027-2031) – i.e., 60 months. Capital repayment in monthly instalments – in 60 instalments (one instalment 117 916,68 zł, 59 instalments of 117 901,00 zł). The first instalment is payable by 31 January 2027, and the last instalment is payable by 31 December 2031, with instalments payable by the last calendar day of each month. The total repayment of the loan matures on 31 December 2031.
