The subject of the tender is planning and consulting services for the service spectrum of building design "Buildings and Interior Spaces" according to § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 HOAI for the purpose of the new construction of a three-group day-care centre in conjunction with a gymnasium and residential building on plot 623 (municipality of Wersen, section 3) with parking spaces in the outdoor area of the facility. The subject of the contract is the phased commissioning of the performance phases (LPH) 1 to 8 and further special services.
