The contracting authority has procured a total enterprise in collaboration to adapt the Norsa wastewater treatment plant to new environmental permit. The wastewater treatment plant should also be prepared for upcoming requirements in the Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive. The enterprise will take place in parallel with ongoing wastewater treatment. In the project described below (Norsa3.0) the contracting authority needs a partnering leader to support the enterprise.
