The City of Vaasa (hereinafter "Contracting Authority") invites tenders for the implementation of the Isolahti Gerby daycare centre lease project based on an open procurement procedure, in accordance with the tender documents and their annexes. The procurement concerns the City of Vaasa's Isolahti Gerby daycare centre lease project. The project is a daycare centre to be implemented on a lease basis, with a capacity for 150 children. The daycare centre has facilities for 8 groups, as well as for 40–45 staff. The procurement covers the maintenance and user services of the target building for the agreed lease period. The responsibility of the project implementer includes the usability and conditions of the building for the planned lease period of approximately 20-30 years. The target is to sign the lease agreement at the beginning of 2027 and start construction work in the spring of 2027. The equipment will commence in July 2028. The target date for the commissioning of the facility is at the beginning of August 2028. The project implementer will lease the daycare centre plot from the city. The lease object is a children's daycare centre built and owned by the lessor. The usable area of the project is approximately 2,010.5 m2 according to the preliminary space programme.
