Poland – Portable computers – „Dostawa pomocy dydaktycznych do szkół – sprzęt komputerowy”

The subject of the contract is the delivery of teaching aids to ZS in Połaniec, ZS in Staszów, ZSE in Staszów as part of the project „Development of practical vocational training infrastructure in Staszów County” in the field of computer equipment. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - which is simultaneously a description of the offered equipment and a price list of the offer. 1) The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the applicable regulations and standards, the current level of technical knowledge, due diligence and agreements with the Contracting Authority. 2) The Contractor will deliver to the Contracting Authority items that are factory new, of the highest quality, complete, meeting the requirements of the applicable regulations, having the documents required by law, enabling their safe operation and maintenance. 3) The Contractor will deliver the Equipment with installed Software, which will be subject to the licensing conditions set by the relevant Software manufacturer. The Software license will be granted for an indefinite and perpetual period. Whenever in the detailed description of the subject of the contract or in the annexes to the detailed description of the subject of the contract trademarks, patents or origin, as well as standards are indicated – this means that the Contracting Authority could not describe the subject of the contract using sufficiently precise terms and allows equivalent offers. The criteria for assessing equivalence are indicated in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ i.e. in the Description of the subject of the contract. 2. The Contracting Authority does not foresee the requirements referred to in Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act – there is no application in the case of supplies. 3.
