Eslöv Municipality, the Municipal Executive Office, invites Bidders to submit a tender for an HR System. The procurement aims for a unified system solution for HR to streamline the municipality's processes and facilitate use for users within the municipality. The procurement includes functions for payment and administration of salary and compensation. It should also include functions for scheduling, digital employment decisions, salary review, temp management, LAS management, and travel management. To complement the functions of an HR system, the procurement will also cover system support within the recruitment process.
