Contract for the procurement of equipment with technical content and quantity detailed in the technical description of the procurement procedure in 12 lots as follows:

1. Procurement lot: Laboratory refrigerators and incubators

2. Procurement lot: Laboratory equipment

3. Procurement lot: Analytical balance

4. Procurement lot: Radiofarmacon QC lab analytical systems

5. Procurement lot: Radiation protection equipment

6. Procurement lot: Digital pH meter

7. Procurement lot: Radiofarmacon radiochemical and radionuclide measuring equipment

8. Procurement lot: LAL tester

9. Procurement lot: Label printer

10. Procurement lot: Gamma spectrometer

11. Procurement lot: Development of existing liquid chromatograph

12. Procurement lot: Steam sterilizer

The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Section 28 (4) of the Act, published a call for a pre-market consultation on the subject of “Procurement of QC lab equipment 2.0” prior to the initiation of the present procurement procedure.

The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), states that if a sufficiently precise and understandable description of the subject of the procurement is necessary, then the reference or mention made in the call and the documentation to a specific brand or origin, or a specific process, or trademark, patent, activity, person, type or specific origin or manufacturing process, is made exclusively in the interest of clearly defining the subject, the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the rules of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), also accepts “equivalent” performance. The Contracting Authority examines equivalence in respect of the parameters defined by it in the Technical Description and/or the Cost Estimate.
