1. Delivery, installation and warranty maintenance of new and unused air conditioners with a capacity of 12 000 BTU and the following technical characteristics: Refrigerant R 32; Type: Wall-mounted, inverter; Energy efficiency class for cooling/heating: at least A+; Operating temperature from – 10 °C or lower to + 40 °C or higher; Noise level of the indoor unit at maximum fan speed < 45 dB; Power supply – 230 V, 50 Hz; SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) at least 5,5; SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) at least 3,5; warranty maintenance within the warranty period – at least 24 (twenty-four) months - unconditional and not binding the Contracting Authority with additional costs; number of air conditioners planned for delivery: 289 units;

Delivery, installation and warranty maintenance of new and unused air conditioners with a capacity of 18 000 BTU and the following technical characteristics: Refrigerant R 32; Type: Wall-mounted, inverter; Energy efficiency class for cooling/heating: at least A+; Operating temperature from – 10 °C or lower to + 40 °C or higher; Noise level of the indoor unit at maximum fan speed < 45 dB; Power supply – 230 V, 50 Hz; SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) at least 5,5; SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) at least 3,5; unconditional and not binding the Contracting Authority with additional costs warranty maintenance within the warranty period – at least 24 (twenty-four) months, number of air conditioners planned for delivery: 5 units;

3. Delivery, installation and warranty maintenance of new and unused air conditioners with a capacity of 24 000 BTU and the following technical characteristics: Refrigerant R 32, Type: Wall-mounted, inverter; Energy efficiency class for cooling/heating: at least A+; Operating temperature from -10 °C (or lower) to +46 °C (or higher); Noise level of the indoor unit at maximum fan speed ≤ 48 dB; Power supply – 230 V, 50 Hz; SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) at least 5,5; SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) at least 4,0, unconditional and not binding the Contracting Authority with additional costs warranty maintenance within the warranty period – at least 24 (twenty-four) months, number of air conditioners planned for delivery: 6 units.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right, at its discretion, after the conclusion of the contract, to exclude, add or require execution in only one or several of the indicated places. All possible delivery addresses are in the territory of Sofia City. The public procurement contract is executed in 3 stages, with the Contractor delivering and installing 100 units of air conditioners at each stage. The phased execution is carried out within the total contract period - up to 18 months from its conclusion. The start of the execution of the 1st stage, respectively the total contract period, is considered to be the receipt by the Contractor of a notification of secured financing, information about the place/places for delivery and installation (distribution) among the structures of SDVR and the presentation of a performance guarantee. The delivery and installation of the equipment for the stage are carried out within 80 days from the date of submission of the performance guarantee. The start of the execution of each subsequent stage is considered to be the receipt by the Contractor of a request from the Contracting Authority, containing information about the place/places for delivery and installation (distribution) among the structures of SDVR. The request for each of the stages (2nd and 3rd stage) is sent no earlier than 60 and no later than 100 calendar days, from the acceptance of the execution of the previous stage. Based on the mutually declared readiness for execution, the execution of the execution can be carried out earlier. The delivery and installation of the equipment for the stages (2nd and 3rd stage) are carried out within 80 days from the receipt of the completed request (request and information about the place/places for delivery and installation (distribution) among the structures of SDVR).
