The SHEAB driver project "The Smart Energy Managed Office" with the ambition to develop and offer an EaaS concept (Energy-as-a-Service) to municipal companies. The concept is based on smart integration using battery storage with a control system (BMS/EMS) for property consumption, own solar production and electric vehicle charging, as well as optimisation of energy costs and trading on balancing markets. In addition, it includes backup energy storage and coordination with diesel generators.
