The Delegating Entity entrusts the Delegate with the operation of the supply market under the Contract. The Delegate commits to organising the market according to the schedules, frequency and days set by the Delegating Entity, guaranteeing in particular the safety of users and traders, the continuity of the service, the quality and good organisation of its mission, as well as the adaptability of the service.
