Romania – Construction work for water and sewage pipelines – Proiectul regional de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apă și apă uzată în județul Mureș, Lot 1 -3

Design and execution of works ”REGIONAL PROJECT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WATER AND WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE IN MUREȘ COUNTY” The Design and Build contract includes both the detailed technological design and the execution of civil works, mechanical, electrical and SCADA installations, including the supply and installation of the related equipment, for the extension of water supply systems, transport pipes and distribution networks. The scope of the works includes: • The Technical Design Execution according to H.G. 907/2016 – including the design of the technological process (sizing of disinfection installations) and of the constructions, installations and equipment related to the technological objects from the water supply systems, from the pumping stations and from the networks, according to the requirements described in Chapter 2 – Requirements of the Contracting Entity; • The preparation of the documentation for obtaining all the approvals and authorizations necessary for the project, from all the authorities mentioned in the Urbanism Certificate, according to the legislation in force in the field of constructions in Romania; • The execution of the works and the commissioning of the objectives; • The training of the operator's personnel and the preparation of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals respecting the conditions imposed through the Beneficiary's Requirements; • The preparation of the as-built drawings and of the documents necessary for the Construction Book according to HG 343/2017 with subsequent amendments. In accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. (2) of Law no. 99/2016, the Contracting Entity sets two time limits within which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information as follows: - 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarification received at least 27 days before the deadline for submission of tenders - on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for requests for clarification received in the interval 26-18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders The Contracting Entity will only respond to requests for clarification addressed by economic operators up to 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
