Daily, VRT's own productions appear on screen. Part of the production chain is made possible by the deployment of logistical support staff. In addition to its own staff, VRT also calls on the external market to fulfill all orders for logistical support. With this dossier, VRT aims to establish a ranking (based on the proposed award criteria) of suitable partners per lot, with whom it can ensure the continuity of external logistical staff. VRT will always first request capacity from the first in the ranking per lot; if this is not sufficient, with relevant experience, external logistical staff can be supplied, then the request can be made to the second in the ranking; until the need has been met externally. If the first in the ranking cannot offer all profiles per production, VRT has the right to present the complete package of profiles to the second in. This need can be generic or specifically determined based on certain expertise. We distinguish here 2 lots depending on the functions: 1) Warehouse profiles (Material handler with driving license B and/or C + material manager with driving license B and/or C + logistics planner) 2) Drivers B and/or C. These profiles will mainly be deployed in the Logistics Warehouse of VRT, in Londerzeel. Applicants can offer with only their own staff, only freelancers, or a combination of both. This is not a dossier for temporary workers and interns. Within this dossier, there is no purchase guarantee and no exclusivity.
