1. The subject of the contract is the improvement of the food base through planting, fencing and maintenance of ecological orchards (so-called "wild orchards"), which will provide high-calorie food for brown bears during critical periods (before hibernation). 2. The description and method of implementation of the subject of the contract is defined in the Subject of the Contract, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority has divided the contract into 2 parts: 1) Part No. 1 - Execution of planting, fencing and maintenance of orchards in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. 2) Part No. 2 - Execution of planting, fencing and maintenance of orchards in the Małopolskie Voivodeship.
