Cyprus – Road construction works – ΜΕΛΕΤΗ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΗ ΤΟΥ ΑΥΤΟΚΙΝΗΤΟΔΡΟΜΟΥ ΔΕΝΕΙΑΣ - ΑΚΑΚΙΟΥ - ΑΣΤΡΟΜΕΡΙΤΗ - ΚΠΣ/19/2025/ΜΚ(Α)

The project concerns the full study and construction of the Denia – Akaki – Astromeritis Motorway, 4 lanes of traffic, with a total length of approximately 18 km. It will connect the motorway of Lefkosia-Kokkinotrimithia with the motorway of Astromeritis-Evrychou and will pass south of the villages of Akaki, Peristerona and Astromeritis. The typical cross-section includes 4 traffic lanes, 3.5 m each, with a central island and asphalted shoulders, 3.0 m wide. The construction works, among others, include 4 grade-separated junctions, the completion of an existing grade-separated junction, earthworks and asphalt works, drainage works including works for the construction of a closed stormwater drainage system, modifications to existing services, installation of new services, installation of road lighting, culverts, overpasses and underpasses, rectangular culverts and retaining walls.
