The subject of the public contract performance is the obligation of the supplier, and that in the sense and within the scope of the relevant valid legal regulations, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended, and Act No. 93/2009 Coll., on Auditors and on the Amendment to Certain Acts, as amended, and in accordance with international auditing standards and related application notes of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic, in accordance with the requirements of the company and in accordance with the tender documentation and in accordance with the auditor's offer, to perform for 4 individual accounting periods ending on 31 December 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 the activities listed in the tender documentation.
