The contract's subject is the execution of works for the investment objective “LANDSCAPING OF THE AGREEMENT AREA 'LACUL PEȘTIȘORUL', STR. REPUBLICII NO.2, MUNICIPIUL PAȘCANI, JUDEȚUL IAȘI”, SMIS code: 342156, within the North-East Regional Programme 2021–2027, Priority 7 “A more attractive region” — specific objective RSO5.1, intervention code 166 “Protection, development and promotion of cultural heritage and cultural services”. Financing contract no. 979. Maximum execution duration: 18 months from the issuance of the Order to Start. Notes: *) The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification, transmitted within the mentioned term, on the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. **) There are no restrictions between expenditure chapters or sub-chapters, bidders having the right and the obligation to provide all costs resulting from the bills of quantities and from their offer. For chapter 5.1 each bidder has on the one hand the freedom and on the other hand the obligation to propose their own costs depending on their own organisation and the requirements of the Award Documents. ***) Bidders are allowed to use their own transport distances for material resources from suppliers to the worksite. Within the technical proposal, bidders must indicate the main suppliers as well as the transport distance from them. ****) In the preparation of the tender, the provisions of Order no. 1568/2002 for the approval of the technical regulation “Guide for the preparation of estimates at the level of categories of works and construction objects for investments made from public funds”, indicative P 91/1-02, are applicable in the sense that the norms from the estimate articles are indicative. Bidders have full freedom to provide their own consumptions and execution technologies in their tender, with the observance of the quantitative and qualitative requirements provided in the technical project, in the Book of Works and in other normative acts in force that regulate the execution of the works” – see Art. 2.2.2.
