Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Usunięcie i zagospodarowanie odpadów zgromadzonych w ilości ok. 300 Mg na terenie działki nr ewidencyjny 956/2, obręb 1 Raszew-Piaski, przy ul. Majdany 10 w Kutnie

The subject of the contract is the removal and disposal of hazardous waste accumulated on the land plot with cadastral number 956/2, district 1 Raszew-Piaski, at ul. Majdany 10, Miasto Kutno municipality, in two locations, placed in various containers (including barrels of different capacities, mauzers, etc.) and subjecting them to the final recovery or neutralization processes appropriate to their properties as waste. The estimated quantity of waste is approx. 300.00 Mg. 2. The implementation of the above task is carried out on the basis of the decision of the President of Miasto Kutno of 27.10.2025, ref. OZ.6236.4.2025.DP.10, issued under art. 26a(1) of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, in connection with the need to take action involving the removal and disposal of the aforementioned waste due to the threat they pose to human health and life as well as to the environment. 3. A detailed description of the subject and scope of the contract, taking into account all the requirements of the contracting authority, is specified in Annex 13 to the SWZ. 4. The detailed conditions for the implementation of the contract are set out in the contract template, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
