Supply of medical equipment and equipment for the investment objective "Relocation and modernisation of the oncology section activities and establishment of the interventional cardiology compartment" SMIS 364559 - resumption of cancelled lots, financed through the Health Programme - Finance Contract No. 38901 of 27.03.2026. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, only through SICAP. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 19 days, in accordance with Article 160(1) and (2) of Law 98/2016. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the previously foreseen term, the response of the contracting authority will be published in SICAP 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161(2) of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority to not take into account requests addressed through any other means of communication or after the deadline set.
