* A modern and secure device management model: the distribution of workplaces and the packaging of applications are handled centrally using defined processes that ensure all software and updates meet stringent information security requirements.

* Support and scalability: the workplace service is scalable and can be expanded as needed. Applicants are expected to have experience in providing a similar service. Experience is demonstrated by providing a reference where the applicant has provided a service that meets the Finnish Border Guard's needs.
