Denmark – Construction work for pipelines, communication and power lines, for highways, roads, airfields and railways; flatwork – Energidistrikt 07 (Benløse)

The present contract, tendered by Ringsted Forsyning A/S on behalf of Ringsted Fjernvarme A/S, is part of a series of tenders related to Ringsted Forsyning's expansion plans for district heating in Benløse. As part of this, district heating supply must be established in Energidistrikt 07, from the supply points at Kærup Parkvej and Benløse Skel. The present tender covers Energidistrikt 07, and the work primarily involves establishing approximately 5 km of main pipelines executed with twin pipes, series 2, in dimensions from ø25 – ø139.7, as well as 120 – 220 branch pipes. The contract includes earthworks, construction, socket, alarm, and blacksmith work as well as pipe supply. The work will primarily be carried out in residential areas. The tender documents include branch pipes from consumers who, at the time of tendering, have entered into an agreement with Ringsted Forsyning. The contractor must be able to complete branch pipes to customers who sign up for district heating during the project's execution within the time frame. The work is expected to be carried out with a minimum of 3 - 4 excavation fronts for district heating main pipelines, as well as water pipes and a minimum of 2 - 4 excavation holds for branch pipes. The successful tenderer will have to enter into a separate enterprise contract with Ringsted Fjernvarme A/S.
