The purpose of the procurement is to secure qualified architectural assistance both at a general level in the planning and management of projects, and in parts of the project process. This therefore includes client advisory services, concept planning and certain individual implementation projects. This is, for example, in the event of a need for sketches, calculations and participation in the initial discussions about content, design, location and statistical aspects and user involvement. There is also often a need for text, figures, economics, sketches and visualisations that describe the vision, for decision-makers, funds and users. On this basis, the Framework Agreement should help the Contracting Authority to achieve ongoing cooperation and a common thread through SDU's architectural identity. It is therefore crucial for the Contracting Authority that the Tenderers in their tenders focus on a broad range of qualified and certified (KK2, BK3-4) employees and possibly good partners so that the many varied tasks can be solved.
