Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Beheer en onderhoud Duinpark

The contracting authority is the Stichting Duinpark. The Stichting Duinpark is responsible, on behalf of the Municipality of Den Helder, for management and maintenance work in the public space in the Duinpark in Den Helder. As a form of citizen participation, the Stichting Duinpark was established on 29 December 2006 for the management of the public space in the Duinpark. All plot owners in the Duinpark are required to be members of this Foundation. The Municipality of Den Helder acts as the lead authority on behalf of the Stichting Duinpark for this procurement. The contracting authority intends to enter into an agreement with one contractor for the management and maintenance of the greenery in the Duinpark in Den Helder. The work mainly consists of: a. Grass maintenance; b. Planting maintenance; c. Semi-hard surface maintenance; d. Removal of coarse waste and litter.
