Against the backdrop of increasing traffic volume, there is a need for a significantly accelerated renewal of the existing network. Therefore, Deutsche Bahn has agreed with the Federal Minister of Transport on a comprehensive renovation of the high-performance lines under full closure. The objectives of the comprehensive renovation of the high-performance network (GS) are increased reliability and performance, as well as a better customer experience and planning. One component of this high-performance network is the route from Rosenheim to Salzburg. As part of the awarding of the construction services of the GS, the AG requires comprehensive planning support related to the construction sequence and logistics. The services of the contractor of the present contract include, inter alia, the following performance contents, which are described in more detail below: - Contribution to the creation of concepts by third parties - Review and evaluation of the construction logistics concepts of the construction contractors - Consolidation of the construction schedules of the construction contractors of the various award lots into an overall construction schedule - Continuous coordination with the BÜW logistics and provision of the BÜW logistics with up-to-date information on the construction sequence and logistics - Creation of a space and award lot overlapping overall control schedule
