France – Advisory architectural services – Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la démolition et la reconstruction d'un bâtiment

The subject of this mission is the study and execution of the demolition-reconstruction of a building located at the headquarters of the UEM Group. This operation concerns:

• The demolition of a building,

• The construction of a new R+2 building on the same site.

The building will house technical facilities (workshops and storage) on the ground floor and tertiary-changing rooms on the first and second floors. The estimated budget allocated to the works is 6 million euros, excluding VAT, excluding design fees, and CTC and SPS missions and movable equipment. The successful tenderer will be entrusted with the following mission elements for the execution of the operation:

DIAG/ESQ, APS, APD, PRO-DCE, EXE 1, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, constituting the basic mission and, optionally, an OPC mission.
