Open procedure - Articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation concerns: Implementation of works in continuation of the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat foreland harbour improvement project, for which the design work is currently in progress. The works to be carried out are: - Raising the outer breakwater and its shelter wall; - Cladding the shelter wall on the inner quay side with a wooden wall; - Improving the road and the outer quay; - Creating a 65m straight quay against the outer breakwater; - Widening the reception quay; - Extending the refuelling quay and moving the refuelling system; - Building shock-absorbing quays to reduce agitation in the harbour.
