Foodstuff procurement for the Catering Service Economic Organisation. 1. Vegetables, fruit: 243,427 kg, 27,000 boxes, 33,190 bunches 2. Pickles: 18,842 kg 3. Eggs: 141,000 units 4. Boiled, sterilised eggs in brine: 56,000 units The procurement contract is framework in nature, with a commitment to call off 70% of the framework amount indicated for each lot. Invitation to tender. The Invitation to Tender reserves the right to issue orders until the indicated framework amount is fully utilised. The contract's validity is 12 months from the date of the last signature, with the contract terminating upon expiry of this period if the framework amount is exhausted. The sites belonging to the institution, as delivery points, are listed in the technical specification, with the understanding that, based on succession and/or change of institutional data, the names, headquarters, and the circle of delivery points (site addresses) within the administrative boundaries of the county may change for the individual institutions without a separate contract amendment, according to Kbt. 141. § (4) a). The Invitation to Tender draws the attention of tenderers to the fact that, within the scope of the applied evaluation criteria, the net total tender price calculated from the product table containing the quantities detailed in the informative quantities of the tender call BT24 is solely a numerical data serving the meaningful comparison of tenders; the Invitation to Tender determines the contract framework amount in the amount indicated in the framework amount in BT24 of the tender call.
