France – Astronomical and optical instruments – FABRICATION ET FOURNITURE DES COMPOSANTES MECANIQUES DE L’INSTRUMENT VENSPEC-U A BORD DE LA MISSION ENVISION POUR LE COMPTE DE L’IRAP-CNRS

The present consultation concerns the manufacture and supply of the mechanical components of the VenSpec-U instrument on board the EnVision mission for the Institut de Recherche en Astrophysique et Planétologie (IRAP) -CNRS for various models. The EnVision mission is part of the ESA's Cosmic Vision programme, whose objectives are to identify the conditions for the formation of planets and the emergence of life, and to understand the functioning of the solar system. In this context, EnVision is dedicated to the study of the planet Venus. The consultation is divided into six (6) lots, each lot is a single-source framework agreement that is executed by means of purchase orders and/or subsequent contracts. Each framework agreement is concluded with a minimum quantity and a maximum amount. Attention: this amount does not correspond to the budget of the CNRS allocated to the contract. It represents the maximum amount of orders that the CNRS could place with the contractor during the duration of the framework agreement. Each framework agreement has a duration of 4 years. The technical specifications of the mechanical components with treatment to be supplied are specified in the CCTP n°25452. The criteria for the selection of offers are identical for each lot.
