The subject of the tender is the external expert support in the creation of municipal climate adaptation concepts for municipalities belonging to a district in a convoy according to §29f KlimaG BW. The services will be provided within the framework of a framework agreement and will be ordered via individual calls for several municipalities of a convoy. The tender comprises four convoys. A convoy comprises a minimum of three to a maximum of seven municipalities belonging to a district. The municipality-specific concepts for the municipalities of a convoy shall be created within 12 months each. A maximum of two convoys will take place simultaneously. If no municipality convoy is formed in a year, the contracting authority may order requirement positions in the range of 40-85 working days. These are used to fulfil the tasks of the district according to KlimaG BW § 29f paragraph 1 sentence 3 "Supporting the municipalities belonging to a district in adapting to the consequences of climate change". They are directly related to the subject of the order. The type and objective of these requirement positions will be specified in the individual call. Payment will be made on the basis of the positions agreed in the price list.
