Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026-23 - Darbepoetin alfa

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Darbepoetin alfa (several lots with different strengths will be formed, see details for the respective lots). The contract will be concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, uniform conditions will apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.08.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.07.2028, regardless of the date of conclusion. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
