Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026 - 14 - Lipegfilgrastim

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical enterprises for the active substance Lipegfilgrastim. The contract is concluded as part of the TK's Open-House procedure: individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, commencing on 01.07.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.06.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/end of market exclusivity before the aforementioned end date, the contract automatically ends at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity.
